The Difference between FOCUSING on PROBLEMS and FOCUSING on SOLUTIONS

Case # 1 : When NASA began the launch of astronauts into space, they found out that the pens would not work at zero gravity (ink will not flow down to the writing surface).

Solution # 1 : To solve this problem, it took them one decade and $12 million. They developed a pen that worked at zero gravity, upside down, underwater, in practically any surface including crystal and in a temperature range from below freezing to over 300 degrees C.

Solution # 2 : And what did the Russians do...?? They used a pencil.
--------------------------------------------------------------------

Case # 2 : One of the most memorable case studies on Japanese management was the case of the empty soapbox, which happened in one of Japan 's biggest cosmetics companies. The company received a complaint that a consumer had bought a soapbox that was empty.

Why does God have to select you for such a disease?
He replied when i was holding the wimbeldon trophy, i never asked God, why me?
So today in this state i will not ask God, why me?

Trials keep you strong
Sorrow keeps you human
Failure keeps you humble
Success keeps you glowing

It is closer than you think

Life is like having a cup of coffee.
You sit by the window,
You lift the cup, take a careless sip
and found no sugar
Too lazy to go for sugar,
You somehow manage with that sugarless cup
On finishing, you discover undissolved sugar crystals
settled at the bottom.

That is how life is...
we do not make any effort to value what is around or within us.
So look around, may be sweetness you are looking for
is closer than you think.

Finance ministry in islamabad

A little boy wanted Rs.500 very badly and prayed for weeks, But nothing happened.
Finally he decided to write a letter to GOD requesting the Rs.500. When the postal authorities received the letter addressed to 'God, Pakistan', they decided to forward it to the Finance Minister of Pakistan as a joke.

The Finance Minister was so amused, that he instructed his secretary to send the little boy Rs.200. The Finance Minister thought this would appear to be a lot of money to a little boy, and he did not want to spoil the kid. The little boy was delighted with Rs.200, and decided to write a thanking reply note to God, which reads:
'Dear God: Thank you very much for sending the money. However, I noticed that you sent it through the Finance Ministry in Islamabad, and those donkeys deducted Rs.300 as tax's!'
