Utilize your problems in a Tai-Chi way


Some years back i watched a movie 'Tai-Chi' where hero (jet li) uses a special fighting technique of using force of opponent to attack him. It is told by his old master.
I think this Tai-Chi type method is applicable against problems and hardships of life. Here i would quote some examples.

As in Pakistan we have load scheduling problem and life gets stuck with that. We can make some positive use of load scheduling. We may have more time for
  • talking with family
  • discussing issues among us
  • offer prayers with more concentration (as TV, PC is off)
  • sparing more time for out door games
  • contributing more time for recitation of holy Quraan
Similarly in summer season, when usually it is not comfortable to sleep too much ()especially with load scheduled) we may adopt habit to get early in the morning. It may have better effects on health and a good routine would be build.
If a student got less marks, he should analyze the reason and work hard to overcome the reason. This come back would build his self confidence and it would be added as a good experience of his life.
On same lines we can utilize various small day to day problems around us to get some thing better from them.
